
Your experience begins the moment you arrive. The following guidelines are in place to ensure a calm, seamless, and respectful environment for all guests.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment.
This time allows for changing, use of facilities, and preparation ahead of your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, as sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled finish.
Upon arrival, guests will be guided to our elegant changing rooms, where spa robes, slippers, and locker facilities are provided. Guests are invited to enjoy our thermal facilities within, including sauna and steam, prior to their treatment.
Spa footwear must be worn at all times when moving throughout the space.
We recommend completing your Guest Experience Form prior to arrival to ensure a seamless experience.
We encourage guests to take time to settle with a welcome drink in the Wellness Lounge before being escorted to their treatment.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using the sauna and steam facilities, as well as during hydrotherapy and hammam experiences.
Swimwear is not required within the changing rooms.
Our changing rooms are not co-ed.
Meraki Wellness is a quiet environment.
Mobile devices must be placed on silent upon arrival and used only where necessary. Voice calls are to be taken outside of the spa.
We encourage guests to leave mobile devices in their lockers, where charging facilities are available.
Photography, filming, and video calls are not permitted within the spa.
Conversation is to be kept low and considerate, in keeping with the calm nature of the space.
Guests are expected to move through the space with awareness and consideration for others at all times.
Guests may undress to their level of comfort. Disposable undergarments are available, and all treatments are delivered with professional draping to ensure privacy.
If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please advise at the time of booking.
Guests are invited to spend time in the relaxation lounge following their treatment, where a complimentary beverage will be served.
We encourage allowing time for the body to rest and the benefits of the treatment to settle before returning to daily activity.
Guests are responsible for informing the team of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or recent procedures prior to treatment.
Treatments may be adapted or declined where necessary to ensure safety.
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment in consideration of other guests and our team.
Services will not be provided to guests under the influence of alcohol or substances.
Personal hygiene must be maintained at all times.
Fragrance should be worn lightly in consideration of other guests and the environment.
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted within the spa.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
Group bookings require 48 hours’ notice.
A discretionary 20% service charge is added to all services for your convenience. This is thoughtfully distributed among our therapists and the wider team supporting your experience.
Additional gratuities remain entirely at your discretion and are appreciated.
Guests are advised to leave valuables at home or securely stored in lockers.
Meraki Wellness cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
All facilities and spaces are to be used with care and consideration.
Behaviour should remain appropriate to the setting at all times.
