At Meraki Wellness, our Gift Cards are created to offer moments of calm, care, and conscious wellbeing. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to read the terms below.
All Meraki Wellness Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of opening. Once open, Gift Cards are valid from the date of purchase. Once expired, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the intended recipient, unless otherwise agreed by Meraki Wellness.
Gift Cards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
All Gift Cards purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases of loss or change of mind.
Advance booking is essential. Please inform Reception when booking if you intend to use a Gift Card. Please present the physical Gift Card or eGift Card on arrival.
If an appointment booked using a Gift Card is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Gift Card may be charged.
If the full Gift Card value is not used in one visit, any remaining credit can be carried forward within the original validity period but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treat your Gift Card as cash. Lost, damaged, or stolen barcoded vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift Cards may be redeemed against eligible treatments and services offered by Meraki Wellness. All treatments are subject to therapist availability and suitability following consultation.
If service prices change after the Gift Card issue date, the Gift Card will remain valid for its monetary value and can be used toward the updated price. Upgrades are welcome.
Promotional, discounted, or complimentary Gift Cards may include additional restrictions and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
